Gumba Graphics
Gumba Graphics is my brand that was created to promote black love, and to provide comfortability on your own skin. The brand itself shows love towards all people of color and is against all discrimination. I created the designs using Adobe Illustrator. I used the design process to create my brand. Throughout the entire process, I had to create a mood board to get an idea of how my brand represented me, my personal interests, and how I will bring out the overall message with my brand. I then created thumbnail sketches and then rough sketches before I uploaded them to the adobe software. Lastly, I had to create brand guidelines that included, my logo, color scheme, designs, business cards, and tags.
LandScape Design
This is my Landscape project, the 3rd project I have done in graphics design. Using the knowledge i have in adobe illustrator, while using the elements and principles of design,
I used ideation and Iteration, to create rough sketches and eventually thumbnail sketches, to have an idea of what landscape I was going to create. I created this landscape because I wanted to show where I wanted to be , if I could go there in real life, which is outer space, in the "Star wars" Dimension. To use the principle of design started first by selecting the size (8.5 x 11 inches), orientation (portrait or landscape), color mode (CMYK for PRINT), and resolution (300ppi for PRINT)

Haunted House Design
In freshman year, I created the haunted house using adobe Illustrator. it was a fun activity to practice using more adobe tools, like the direct selection tool, shape builder tool, the unite option, and tools in the objects panel. This tutorial helped me better learn how to create a landscape using Adobe.
Sticker Design
I learned how to create stickers using adobe illustrator. As you can see I added bleed and cut lines so the printer would cut the designs so we could easily pull the design off the print paper.
I created the ninja sticker because when I was growing up, I loved the show Ninjago, and I really wanted stickers to that ninjas in it add to my laptop, and I want.
Poster Design
This project gave us choice, we could choose to design an album cover or a poster quote. I selected a Poster Quote. When designing I used a combination of Photoshop and Illustrator. I also wanted the main focus to be Typography because this is a typography project.
The typography I had to require, was leading, tracking, and kerning.
I start with the Typeface, selecting a decorative font that would express the point I was bringing across in this image, which was a star war themed image, that was saying choose wisely. The size of the image had to be a reasonable size for a poster. The typefaces that I used, were the dark font, and star wars Jedi font. The creative design I added to this was making the focal typeface 3d. To bring the focal point out, I Made two light-saber from two sides of the force pointing to the focal point. I put the logos on each side. I used the rectangular tool, to make a white and black rectangle, and changed the opacity to make one side dark, and one sidelight, to express the different meanings of each side. also the typefaces I used for both made. To design this I used Photoshop and illustrator, I used illustrator for the shapes, and I used Photoshop to add color, and added images from the web to help, I changed the image from the color mode RGB to CMYK, because we are gonna print these soon. To finish it off I had to make sure I added the principle of design and elements of design to complete this art piece.
